Ralph did an absolutely amazing job as Superintendent for Lawrence Township. I do not believe I have ever seen anybody do as much with so few resources in an educational setting as he. Besides that, he was a wonderful, warm human being. I always looked forward to our interactions. He will be dearly missed and I will cherish the memories.
