Obituary of Ruth K. Stern

Ruth K. Stern, 91 passed away Thursday December 25, 2008 at her home after a long and full life. She was born in Vineland to the late William and Helen (Cluck) Kronheim, moving to Egg Harbor Township in 1980. She attended Vineland schools and graduated from Vineland High School. Later in life she fulfilled her dream of becoming a Lab Technician and worked at the Newcomb Hospital for several years. Ruth was both a beloved and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Ruth is survived by Alfred Stern, her loving husband of 71 years, her daughter and son-in-law, Andrea Stern-Norton and Thomas Norton of Sicklerville, a daughter Karen Brenner-Stein of New Heaven Conn., granddaughter Shelly Spiegel, granddaughter Terry Thal and her husband Richard, granddaughter Jamie Levick and her husband Larry, grandson Brad Spiegel and his wife ellen, granddaughter Wendy Palat and her husband David, grandson Mitchell brenner and grandson Daniel Stein; also surviving are great-grandchildren Stephanie and Max Palat, Benjamin and William Spiegel, and Jeremy Olivia and Harrison Levick. Ruth is also survived by her sister-in-law Sylvia Stern, friend and care giver, Margaret Ridgway and several nephews and nieces
