Mom-Mom ,Well your long life on earth here is now over. Still it only seems like a moment. So many memories of our families. The old days (my old days) of Christmas dinner at your house on Oak rd. The dinners when you would say "come over honey and I`ll make you some chicken in spaghetti and a delicious salad and that good ice tea." And it was good... Collecting rocks with the great grand daughters from the fields (we have many of them). And all our little day trips to Lancaster,Pa. for shoo fly pie,our trips to Uncle Gus,rides in Augie Consalo`s golf cart, our lunches at all the local diners, and just crusin all of South Jersey to see the sights while you sipped your cappuccino. The one thing I truly appreciate is the fact that my 3 daughters had a great-grand mother around for so many years. One that loved them and they could love back. So Mom-Mom you`ll be missed more than you could have ever imagined.Well as Mom-Mom would say in her Jersey city accent "tanks for the memories". P.S. Here is 3 of MoM-Moms favorite words. 1. tunder ( thunder ) 2. tree ( three ) 3. tanks ( thanks ) P.S.S. Here is a little song we sang to Mom-Mom. "We love you MoM-Mom oh yes we do ,we don`t love anyone as much as you, when you`re not near us we`re blue oh Mom-Mom we love you ......." And she would reply "and I love you".

I've taken care of Ida for quite awhile and found her to be a very caring, loving and compassionate woman. A well traveled person and I am so happy to have known her and express my feelings to her family. She had wonderful daughter Alice who really took care of her and a grandson who lived near Atlantic City who she really adored and his family.

I will always remember my Mom-Mom for the many times we spent together, when I was younger is was always a shopping trip to Sears and then Bob's Big Boy,as I got older and was able to drive her around, I enjoyed our day trips to the Casino or just a trip out to eat. She loved eating out, but not leftovers. She made the best Salad in the world, along with her homemade pies and italian pasta dinners. There is simply not enough room here to list all the memories I have and will always treaure of her. Rest in peace, Mom-Mom I LOVE YOU! XOXOXOXOXO your, Janina

Some of my fondest memories of Mom-Mom were visiting her at home when we were kids, and our many dinner outings. Mom-Mom's Italian cooking was the best. Spending time with Mom-Mom was always fun, we would talk and laugh, especially when she talked about the cazino's and all her wonderful trips that she took. Mom-Mom taught me the value of independence and working hard. I know that she is at peace now. I will think of you always Mom-Mom, especially when I'm making the cappuccino.
