Whwn I first moved to OC in 1999 I had a health problem and had to call an ambulance. The next thing I knew their was a man standing in my living room, it was Pete. He came to see what he could do and did not even know me at the time. Pete made sure the house was locked up and every thing was off. He became a close friend right then. We had so much fun with him at the beach and will never forget him. He will be dearly missed. My prayers are with all of you!

I am sorry to read of the death of your loved one. Even when it is expected, death has a sting of pain that can be very deep. Thankfully God has provided his word, the Bible that can give us comfort. For example Ecclesiastes 9:5 says that when someone dies, they are not suffering; note what it says “For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all. Psalms 55:22 gives this direction: “Throw your burden on Jehovah [God] himself, And he will sustain you. If we draw close to God in prayer, he will give us the needed comfort and support during this time of grief. I hope in time, happy memories will replace the pain and sorrow you may be feeling now.
