Obituary of Yolanda Pignatiello

Yolanda "Yonnie' Pignatiello of Vineland passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 after a brief stay at the Hospice inpatient unit in Bridgeton. "Yonnie' was and educator for over 50 years. She began her career as an English teacher in bridgeton before moving to Vineland where she taught kindergarten and ultimately became a school librarian. "Yonnie" opened the school libraries at both Durand Elementary School and Vineland High School North. "Yonnie" served as an elder at Memorial Presbyterian Church throughtout her lifetime. She was devoted to her faith and her church family. She shared her incredible artistic talents with those she loved and in her professional enviroment. "Yonnie's" touch was unique and beautiful. "Yonnie" was dearly loved by her extensive Memorial Presbyterian Church family. Her adopted family, Lucy, Marlene, Frank,Joseph, jessica, Linda, Justin and Marlo adored her. She is predeceased by her parents the Reverend and Mrs. Pignatiello and sisters Amelia Pignatiello and Alba Bortner. "Yonnie's " awesome love will truly be missed.
