Betty appears to have been "best bud" to my Mother, Vera Navone in the old neighborhood. I have many photos of them together, including when Betty was Maid of Honor for my parents' wedding in May 1943. Betty also came to their 50th Anniversary luncheon, sat up front, and charmed everyone! My mother died May 16. It was apparent in conversations with Mom in those last few weeks, what fond memories she had of Betty and her Huntley family. Dad (Bob Langley) is becoming increasingly forgetful, and told me of seeing your mother's obit when it was already too late to attend services.
