Obituary of Michael D. Miller Sr.

Michael D. Miller, Sr. 59, passed away Monday, July 7, 2008, at Cooper Medical Center. Born in Olean, New York to the late Francis and Arlene (Ammerman) Miller, then moving to Vineland and graduated from Vineland High School in 1967. He wa a Brigantine resident for 28 years, returing to Vineland five and a half years ago. After high school he entered the US Navy and served in Vietnam aboard the destroyer USS Corry. After his honorble discharge he grat uated from the Police Academy and served as an Atlantic City Police Officer for 25 years. He retired from the police force in 2000, and shortly thereafter moved to Vineland to be closer to his grandchildren.
