To Our Dearest Beloved Father, ( To My Sisters Linda and Maggie) "I Have Not Left" Close, very close I am.....somewhere I am. You cannot touch me like you can touch Love....but you can surely feel it... No. I am not in the Earth. I am in the smile of your memory. I am also in the silence of your sigh. I am in the little face of one who is born. Do you hear the echo when you laugh? That is me. I am, believe me I am. Not so far away. Do not look for me so far away. I am close, very close, by your side. I hold you every time that you want to fall. I caress you every time it starts to hurt. I know you feel me, I know you, I also see you. It is not madness, I am here, close-very close. You cannot separate what is tied within your heart, and you cannot kill a feeling. Only those who are forgotten die. I take care of you, I protect you, I accompany you, I have not left you.....I just went a little bit ahead in the step... And we will be together again. When we will meet again, only God knows. My Condolences to the Santos Ramos family. I never met him in person but his spirit was felt through his children. He always had a smile on his face and always kept strong in his faith. I know god has a special place next to him in heaven.
