I am saddened to read of Ray’s passing. I was his neighbor years ago in Harmony Woods in Newark, Delaware. Ray was so kind, and I couldn’t ask for a better neighbor and friend. I just looked him up, because I was thinking of him tonight and how he helped me pack my house. During a difficult time for me, Ray brought light. -Kim Scrano
