Here’s to all of the memories from our childhood -visiting Aunt Joan and Uncle Rich on Rosalie St. We would play in the coal pile (and get in trouble), slide on the steps outside, and spent many hours doing things with our cousins. Aunt Joan and our mom Marge Owens then moved around the corner from each other in Northeast Phila. Soooo many memories with our extended families including holidays, vacations, sleepovers. Aunt Joan used to love having her hair brushed. She was frequently found sitting with uncle Rich by his chair or on the Comly St. patio. Every Christmas, the sisters would have an unofficial decorating contest each declaring themselves the winner! Summer were spent at the shore with both heading to the campgrounds, family in tow. Losing Aunt Joan is sad and we are hoping her daughter, grandchildren, Otto, and friends remember her as the healthy vibrant person she was most of her life. Rest In Peace Aunt Joan
