Obituary of Valentino Guglielmi

Guglielmi, Vallee Sr., 83 passed away peacefully at home on Friday July 13, 2012. He will be missed by not only his loving family and friends, but also by the many people to whom he imparted his vast knowledge and the wisdom of how to do it right. born in west Frankfurt, Illinois, Vallee moved to plymouth Road in Landisvill as a young boy. In 1946 he met the girl next door, Rosalie Gaertner, whom he wed in 1950. He parlayed his knowledge of masonry in a successful General Contractor Company. Valmarpa Construction. Some of his most notable projects included the Millville and Cape May Post Office buildings and the Millville Library. Vallee built and owned Happy Acres Moble Home Park for over 50 years. Aside from his many other accomplishments, his true passion was a breeding and raising thoroughbred horses, winning over 90 races in his career. He was co-founder and former president of the Vineland Mini Wrestlers Association and a member ofmany associations and clubs including Kiwanis, North Italy, Never Rest Gun Club, and the NJ Horse Breeders Association. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Rosalie (Gaetner), sons Vallee and companion Kathy Coslop, Mark and wife Debbie, Paul and wife JoAnn, Robert and companion Bonnie Bernardi. Grandchildren Mark andWife Ria, Jennifer, Anthony, Lauren, and Gavin. Brotheers Gildo and wife Emily, Lester and wife Grace, David and wife Peggy, and also many nieces and nephews. vallee was preceded in death by his mother and father Aldina (Lodovisi) and Quintilio Guglielmi and his sister Elda Tamari. King Louie and Oliver will miss him also.
