Dear Ruth and Family: I was heartsick to read of Ted's death. There are those people who you remember, and then there's Ted. In all my years in practice in Vineland Ted was always smiling...no matter what his pain level! He lit up my day when he came to visit me at the office. We were all blessed to know him.
