Obituary of Dorothy S. Fabbri
Dorothy Fabbri departed this life on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. Dorothy was born in Philadelphia, PA, on February 28, 1926. She was the daughter of Charles and Caroline (Wakely) Smith. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Henry Fabbri, parents Charles and Caroline, brother and sister-in-law Charles (Bucky) and Marie Smith and brother Francis (Pee-Wee) Smith.
After growing up in southern New Jersey and Binghamton, NY, Dorothy and her family settled in Vineland. She was a graduate of Vineland High School Class of 1944, where she met and married Henry Fabbri, her loving husband of 58 years.
Dorothy's career and life's accomplishments were diverse. First and foremost, she was a loving and caring mother and devoted wife. She was a long time member of Our Lady of Victories Parish. Dorothy was the Director of the Office on Aging in Buena, a teacher's aide, Atlantic County Committee Woman, the owner and operator of the Towne Travel Agency and Secretary to the family building business.
Dorothy's greatest enjoyments were being surrounded by family and friends. Always the life of the party, her former classmates and friends still talk of the great times they had in her company. Dot and Henry enjoyed traveling together and hosting parties for family and friends.
Dorothy is survived by her sister-in-law and dearest friend Jeannette Biletta of Haddonfield, son David Fabbri and wife Paula of Vineland, daughter Susan Pedroni of Swainton, daughter Nancy Graham and husband William III of Deerfield, and son Daniel Fabbri and wife Deanne of Vineland. Grandchildren include Lauren Picerno and husband Joseph, Monica Pedroni, Katelyn Dintino and husband Robert, Christina Pedroni, Joseph Fabbri and fiancée Renee Lorito, Daniel Pedroni, Andrew Fabbri, William Graham IV, Gabrielle Fabbri, Cole Fabbri, Daniel Bononcini, great-grandson Cristian Picerno, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Church visitation will be held from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m. on Friday, July 29, 2011, at Our Lady of Victories Church, 202 North West Boulevard, Landisville. A funeral liturgy will follow at 11:00 a.m. Entombment will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the supervision of Rone Funeral Service, 1110 E. Chestnut Ave., Vineland.
