Obituary of Maria DeNovellis

Maria "Mary" D. ( Conte) DeNovellis, 86 of North Andover,MA and formerly of Vineland, NJ, died May 8, 2007 at the Meadows in North Andover, MA, with her loving son and daughter in law by her side. Born in San Tomasso, Italy to the late Nicholas and Anna (De Acetis) Conte, she came to this country and was a long time resident of Vineland, NJ. She worked in the clothing industry as a seamstress for many years. In 1996, she move to North Andover. She enjoyed crocheting and was most generous in giving her homemade items to the homeless and needy. She enjoyed cooking and baking but her greatest enjoyment came from the times spent with her family. She was a former member of St Mary's Church in E. Vineland and more recently of St. Michael's Church in North Andover. She was the widow of Francesco "Frank" DeNovellis, and is survived by a son Donato A. and his wife Roseanne DeNovellis of Andover,MA., two grandsons Michael and Christopher and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Dr. Anna DeNovellis. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 - 7 PM at the Rone Funeral Service, 1110 E. Chestnut Ave.,Vineland. Family and friends are invited to a Funeral Liturgy on Friday at 10 AM.at St Padre Parish at St. Mary's Church on Union Road in E. Vineland. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Vineland.
