Obituary of Julia Serrano

Julia Serrano, 66, peacefully passed on during the sunrise hours of Thursday February 1st, surrounded by loving family and friends at her home in Buena. Julia was born February 19, 1951, on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. She attended school and spent the first chapter of her life in NY then later moved to Buena, NJ in the mid eighties for a fresh start and to raise her children. She enjoyed taking care of others and took pride in her life long friendships. Julia retired from Caesars Casino and Resort as a security specialist and embarked on a journey to conquer her bucket list. She travelled to places she had once dreamed of, she took in other cultures, she threw caution to the wind and even got a tattoo. Julia had an open mind and an accepting heart, to know her was to love her. Julia is survived by her children Alexander Diaz, Melissa Diaz-Jones and Julissa Gaddis; grandchildren Antonio, James, Dominic, Emaan, Jason, Julianna, Gabriella, Neveah, Sean Jr and Mya; her siblings, and her amazingly supportive best friends.
