My condolences to the family. I worked with Vera at the Hospital at Vineland Developmental Center for several years. She was a kind and gentle woman. I was just thinking of her yesterday as the Annual Mummers parade approached. Vera always took this day off of work to watch the Mummers marathon.

I was making a special effort to contact the family of Vera to send my condolences, and to bring you some comfort from the scriptures which I found to be consoling with a wonderful hope for the future. Notice what it says in John 5:28, 29, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out..." Also, Revelation 21:4 says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." So this is very encouraging what God promises for the future, and in God's appointed time we will see the reality. Please visit the jw.org website to find answers to many Bible questions. Again, my condolences for your loss.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Vera Miller this past week.. When she was well enough to attend, she came to our SONshine Seniors monthly gatherings at Malaga Assembly of God. One very happy memory with her was when we went on the boat ride in Millville down the river several years ago. She had such an enjoyable time even though she sat at the back of the boat. Vera was a quiet lady, always dressed very nicely and always sat at the back of the sanctuary. I believe she was at church the last time several weeks ago. Our SONshine Seniors & Caring Hearts left her a fruit basket at her home 12/12/17. She was too sick to receive visitors. God's comfort to her family and friends. She is now at rest in heaven and one day we will see her again.
