When I worked for the City of Atlantic City, for Mayor Joseph F. Bradway, then in the Public Relations Office with Al Owen, Carl would come into the office for many meetings. They became the beginning of a long friendship. I visited Carl when he was in Florida, we exchanged Christmas cards - but lost touch in recent years. He was a fine man with a great sense of humor and sparkle in his eyes, someone who always spoke about and loved his family. It was a pleasure to know him.
Rest well dear man.You will be missed.!
