My mom was the nicest person anyone would have ever liked to meet. She was thoughtful, kind, patient, talented and very smart. One of the last things she said to me was, "I just like to read... anything". She was witty and liked to joke around which always brought a smile to your face. She'd make 'fishy lip kisses' for kids. Her pets were loved and felt safe in her arms. Once, a falcon made it's nest in a building and she helped nurse the chicks. After being set free, one would return to her call and eat from her hands. Her flowers and garden were a joy for her to take care of and share with everyone. She could plant a leaf or stem and make it grow. Growing up the only thing we really had to go to the store for were milk and butter. She could prepare just about anything else from what we raised on the farm. She pierced my and my cousins ears and her own. Everyone envied the clothes she made for me and my dad. Even the dolls I played with as a child had outfits she'd make. My parents loved to travel and go camping with all of us. Crabbing was especially fun for her (even though she was afraid of water). She and I would sit together for hours eating crabs. There are so many nice things to remember... In church, she'd hold my hand or play with my fingers then give a smile and wink. No one else could ever compare to what you've done. Now it's time for you to rest in heaven. I miss you mom... your unconditional love, comfort and guidance. I'll always love you with every ounce of my heart. I promise to be the best I can be and hope you'll be proud. With all my Love now and forever, XOXO Charlene

Eddie and Family - I will always have fond memories of my sister Florence. Whenever we visited, she and you gave us vegetables and flowers from the gardens. At Christmas, the cookies and fruitcake were always enjoyed. Now heaven is the place for her. We all love and miss her. Brother Steve & Family
