Obituary of Frances Vingi

Frances (Tuso) Vingi, 87, of Vineland, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, with her loving daughters at her bedside. Born and raised in Vineland, Frances was a 1945 graduate of Vineland High School, and attended Glassboro State Teacher's College. She was a substitute teacher for the Vineland/Millville School District and a homemaker. Her hobbies included reading, crossword puzzles and playing cards with family and friends. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her loving daughter, Marie Vingi, in 1995. She was also predeceased by her mother and father, Frances (Fasso) Tuso and Nicholas Tuso, brothers Nicholas (Esther), James and Joseph, sisters, Nellie Major, Josephine Guaracini and Dora DelRossi and brothers-in-law Frank Guaracini, Sr., Samuel DelRossi and Nelson Albano. She leaves behind to cherish her memories the father of her children, Matthew Vingi, her loving daughters, Lynda Vingi, Francine Vingi Hovermann and "daughter" Rosemarie Lavala, all of with whom she resided, her grandson, Fred Hovermann, Jr., her sister, Marie Albano, her cousin, Marie Lorito and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Inspira Hospice.
