Obituary of Marie Etta Grandi

Marie (Yacovelli) Grandi, age 88, of Vineland, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Bishop McCarthy Nursing Facility. She was predeceased by her husband, Dino Joseph Grandi Sr.; her parents, Frank and Ann Yacovelli; and siblings, Margaret Taylor, Catherine Martin, Frank Jr., George, and Richard Yacovelli. Prior to her retirement, Marie was a silk screen glass printer for Owens Illinois, Kimble Glass Division. Marie is survived by her five children and their spouses, Deno (Pete) Grandi and his wife, Dorothy; Lois Serlick, and her husband David; Gary Grandi and his wife, Eileen; JoAnn McMahon and her husband, John; and Michele Gadola and her husband, Chris. She is also survived by her sister, Arlene Mastrogiovanni and her husband, Fred; sister, Betty Hauenstein; sister-in-law, Frances Yacovelli; and sister-in-law, Catherine Yacovelli. Marie has six grandchildren Gina Flood and her husband, Matt; Holly Grandi, Ashley Galbiati and husband, Mark; Nicholas Grandi, Christopher McMahon and wife, Jennifer; and John McMahon and his wife, Amy. She also has four great grandchildren, Morgan McMahon, Chase and Aleah McMahon, and Audriana Galbiati. A private service was held on April 18, 2015 at Divine Mercy Parrish. Arrangements were made under the supervision of Rone Funeral Service.
