Dear barbara
I just read your mothers obituary in the exponent. I remember her as a sweet and affectionate lady. It thrilled me and filled me with so many memories when I saw her photo on this site. I noticed you lost your dad several years ago. It is so sad to see that soon the survivors will be gone. My dad, Ben, passed in 1988, my mom, Mollie, in 1995, and my uncle Jake, 2012. My Brothers David and Larry are well. I have a granddaughter she will be four next week her name is Mollie of course named for my mother.
So sorry for your loss nothing can replace a mother . I have fond memories of our time as children at the Berlin farmers market.
Gert

To The Family of Ruth,
We always enjoyed when your mother and father came to the store. They were great people. I also enjoyed going to the Berlin Market and to their store. May she rest in peace.
With deepest sympathy,
Bernadette

Ruth Werner was a Holocaust Survivor who became well known to us at Jewish Family and Children's Service in Cherry Hill. She was a warm, lovely, lively lady. She talked often and with great affection of her children and grandchildren. We will miss her very much. Laura Merkin
