Obituary of Angela Colon

Angela Colon, 92, of Vineland, passed away at Inspira Medical Center on July 8, 2014. Angela was a long time resident of Vineland, having moved here from Utuado, Puerto Rico. She was previously employed with Gerione Fire Works Co. and Cleveland Partition in Vineland. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, where she was very active in many of their functions. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her friends. She is survived by her stepsons, Benny Colon and Regino Colon Jr., nieces and nephews, Guillemina Gomez, Julie Cortes, Ines Bermudez, Dionicio Cortes, Alfredo Cortes, Sergio Cortes and Felipe Cortes. Angela was predeceased by her husband Regino Colon Sr. in 1972, parents Ramon & Cristina Rodriguez, and her sister Ines Cortes. A Church Visitation will be on Monday, July 14 from 10am to 11am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am on Monday, at Divine Mercy Parish, 23 West Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ.
