Obituary of Ralph A. Franceschini

Ralph Franceschini, 91, of Vineland passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on March 25, 2014 at Inspira Medical Center. He was born in Vineland to the later Frank & Mary (Deola) Franceschini, and remained a lifelong resident. Ralph was the owner/operator of Franceschini FArms, which was founded by his grandfather Augusto in 1880. In the late 40's his father Frank along with other farmers found the need for for a Volunteer Fire Co., so he donated the land and he and the other farmers pitched in and founded what is now known as Vol. Fire Co #5. Ralph was a member of Vol. Fire Co. #5 for 45 years and proudly served as Chief for 30 years.
