Obituary of Emily Lepore

Emily (Dandrea) Lepore, 90, passed away peacefully on October 10, 2013. She was born to the late Frank and Angelina (Coccaro) Dandrea on December 31, 1922. Emily worked as Teller and Branch Manager for Minotola National Bank for 25 years. She was the devoted wife of Angelo for 64 years. Her passion was her family, friends, religion and cooking. She was famous for her home-made ravoli and lasagna.She was happiest at family gatherings, treasuring conversations with her family and friends, entertaining everyone with stories about growing up on the farm in Landisville, recanting the adventures of her children and always lending an ear to listen. Emily was a constant presence at churchs through out the area, volunteering tirelessly even during her times of discomfort. At an early age she learned the value of giving, from her devoted parents, she carried that gift and shared it with all that entered her world. But at the end of the day it was all about her family. Emily was a member of the Rossellian Family-The Lay Association of The Daughters of Our Lady of Mercy.
