I was making a special effort to contact the family of Nancy to send you my condolences . The scriptures are very encouraging what God promises for the future. Notice what Eccle. 9:5 says. "For the living are conscious that they will die, but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all." So they are 'sleeping', no suffering, no pain, awaiting a resurrection. We look forward to the time when we'll see our dead loved ones again because God never lies and there is a wonderful future where sin and death will be done away with. Again, my heartfelt sympathy with your loss.
