Obituary of Frank L. Wynn

Winn, Frank L. 89 of Margate, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2008 at his home. Born in Philadelphia, he was raised in Minotola, NJ. and Upper Darby, Pa. He graduated from Upper Darby High School and attended Lasalle College, where he played football. Frank served in the United States Army, in Italy, during WW II and eventually settled in Atlantic City when his mother, Josephine Gullo Wynn, and stepfather, William Wynn, purchased the Wynn Hotel on Picific Avenue. His fondest memories were of family and their gatherings at the Wynn Hotel, and of football, especially watching the Eagles and coaching the Margate colts. Frank is survived by his wife Florence, son Frank and his wife Joan (Guyon), a daughter Kathleen Adriano, his sister Marie Christian, anda host of Nieces and Nephews. He is predeceased by his sisters Winnie Land Russo, Angie Libro, and Mary Milus.
