Obituary of Betty Mozitis

Betty (Bishop) Mozitis 76 passed away on Thursday November 25, 2010 in the South Jersey Regional Medical Center, Vineland. Born to the late William and Twyla (Archer) Bishop in New Martinsville, West Virginia, she was a longtime area resident. Betty was a registered nurse and had worked for many years at the Newcomb Hospital. She also worked for the Bishop McCarthy Residence, the Vineland Developmental Center and also for the NJ Veterans Memorial Home. She is survived by daughter, Kathleen Hirsch, Williamstown, NJ; son and wife, Steven and Ada Hirsch, West Minster, SC; daughter and husband, Linda And Matthew Giordano, Monroeville, NJ; son, John Hirsch, Vineland, NJ; son, Glen Hirsch, Dorothy, NJ; granddaughter, Bonnie (Winfield) Fitzhugh, Essex, MD; granddaughter, Lilly Hirsch, Orlando, FL; grandson, Steven Hirsch Jr., West Minster, SC; grandson, Jonathan Hirsch, West Minster, SC; granddaughter, Laura Giordano, Monroeville, NJ; grandsons, Matthew, Daniel and Christian Giordano, Monroeville, NJ; brother, William Bishop, Lula, GA; sister, Lucille Bishop of Ilhavela, Brazil and her step-mother Cida Bishop, Sao Paulo, Brazil. Betty is predeceased by her son, Edward John Hirsch III; and sister, Joanann Brown. A funeral home visitation will be held on Wednesday from 1 to 2 pm followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm from Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland.
