Obituary of Kenneth D. Levari

Kenneth D. Levari, Sr. , 76 passed away Thurs Feb 4. He was born in Vineland to the late Lena (Berti) and Peter Levari. Kenny led a very active life as the owner of Kenneth Levari and Sons Inc., a trucking company, from 1957 to 1994, raised and bred thoroughbred horses while farming hay and vegetables. He was a member of the New Jersey Thoroughbred Breeders Association,, New Jersey, New York, Delaware , Pennsylvania and Maryland Racing Associations. In his later years he raised Paint Horses and was a member of the American Paint Horse Association. Kenny was also a member of the American Kennel Association, raising Beagles for show. As a farmer he was a member of The Vineland Produce Auction and the Landisville Produce Co-op. Kenny enjoyed deer hunting, rabbit hunting and was a member of Harmony Gun Club, The Richland Sportsmen Club and Five Points Gunning Club.
