Obituary of MaryAnn Coyle

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our cherished mother, Mary Antoinette (Mary Ann/Toni) Coyle, who was called home to Heaven on Sunday, March 30th, 2025, at the age of 74. A woman of remarkable resilience, as well as unwavering kindness and compassion, she leaves behind a legacy of love to all blessed to know her. Born in 1950, in Uniontown, PA, Mary Ann was a lifelong resident of Minotola, NJ. She attended Dr. J.P. Cleary Elementary School and was a 1968 graduate of Vineland High School. Mary Ann was a devoted mother, cherished caregiver for both of her parents, and loyal friend who lived for others. She worked at the New Jersey Memorial Veterans Home for 41 years (mainly as a Medical Secretary). She loved her job and the close connections she made with the veterans and co-workers. The stories told from her 4+ decades there were always epic. She loved spending time and talking on the phone with her many friends, especially: Diane DiFrancesco, Judy Brown, Celeste Daisey, Carol Calliari, Jeanette Alvarez, Evelyn Denelsbeck, Mary Sue Wright, Mary Farside, Mika Key, Agnes Kane, and "the Cleary girls' lunch group," among many others. Some of her favorite pastimes were: going to the beach; traveling; watching her Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles; attending concerts, theatres, lunches, and movies; and taking bus trips to see Broadway shows. She was a Brownie troop leader, a member of Talk Cinema, PWP, TOPS and Christmas Around the World. She loved wearing and selling Mary Kay products, going to the casinos, playing bingo, and spending everyday with her precious cat, Blackfoot. Mary Ann Coyle is survived by her loving children, Christine "Blaze" Coyle and James Coyle; her brother, Richard Lupi (Monica); her sister-in-law, Donna Marie Lupi; her sisters, Cheryl Gallo (Robert), Connie Doughty; her nieces and nephew; Liza Terranova (Nick), Lacy Brunozzi (Matt), Rocco Lupi, and Giavanna Lupi; her aunts, Antoinette "Pitchie" Biller and Jonatha "Jonnie" Franks; her many PA/WV cousins; and her Goddaughter, Molly Geisser. She held a special place in her heart for the children in her life: Jonathan, Alivia, Matteo and Nathan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Severino "Sam" Lupi and Frances Angelina Lupi, and her dear brother, Louis G. Lupi, whom we tragically lost on January 28th, 2025. Her children extend a heartfelt thanks to Mommy's caregivers: Karen, Jeanie, Sue, Anna and Rachel; to June, who was a second daughter to her; to Father Roberts who was there for her when she needed it most; to the compassionate staff at DaVita Dialysis Vineland, Cooper Hospital Neuro ICU, and the many doctors who cared for her. Her motto, "Stronger than you think," lives on in all of us. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. A church visitation will be held on Friday, April 4th from 9:15am to 11:15am followed by a funeral mass at 11:30 am from Our Lady Of The Blessed Sacrament - Church Of St. Michael, 504 West Avenue, Minotola. Interment will follow in Our Lady Of Victories Cemetery, Landisville. ARRANGEMENTS are under the supervision of Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360 In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be sent to: P.O.
