Obituary of John "Jack" Epifanio

RONE FUNERAL SERVICE 856-691-4222 John "Jack" Edward Epifanio, 64, passed away suddenly on Thursday, April 29 in Sea Isle City. He was born in Vineland and resided there his entire life. A graduate of Vineland High School, he attended Goldey Beacom and Glassboro State College. Jack was also a member of the New Jersey National Guard. He was an exceptional salesman for Wheaton Industries and Bormioli Rocco Glass Co. for more than 30 years. He turned his lifelong love of pinball machine playing and collecting into a summer business in his retirement, when he owned an arcade on the promenade in Sea Isle City for several years. Jack was an invaluable asset in both of his sons' businesses, The Grapevine and Music Central. He greatly enjoyed spending time with his family and was always ready and willing to lend a hand whenever needed. His grandchildren, nieces and nephews were his pride and joy. He was a member of Padre Pio Parish, where he enjoyed singing in the church choir. Jack is survived by his wife, Gail (Menzoni), son John and daughter-in-law Kathi, of Vineland; son Michael and daughter-in-law Amy, grandchildren Justin and Mia, all of Egg Harbor Twp.; sister Johanne and brother-in-law Ray Coleman, of Absecon; and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Nellie (Mainiero) Epifanio. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Tuesday evening from 6 to 8pm and Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 10:30am at Rone Funeral Service, Vineland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:30am at St Padre Pio Parish, Church of Our lady of Pompeii, Dante Ave. in Vineland. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland.
