Obituary of Ernest Crescenzi

856-691-4222 Ernie Crescenzi Jr., 63 former athletic director at Buena Regional High School went with the Lord surrounded by his family on January 5, 2010. He attended St. Joseph's college in Indiana and Glassboro State College of New Jersey where he obtained his Masters Degree in Education. His career started at our Lady of Victories followed by Cleary and finished at BRHS as the Director of Athletics. He drove a truck for LoBiondo Brothers Motor Express during the summer while working in education. After retiring from the school district in 1998 he drove for LoBiondo full-time. He is preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Rose Crescenzi and his in-laws Joseph and Kelly D'Ippolito. Ernie is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Dawn D'Ippolito Crescenzi, daughter Tiffany Peterson of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. and son Joseph Crescenzi and fiancée Kristen Grill; also his most precious loved and adored grandchildren David and Rosalie Crescenzi and Gavin and Gabriella Peterson. Ernie's past time included spending precious time with his grandchildren who were the loves of his life. He enjoyed traveling to Florida and the Poconos and spending time with his special buddy snowball. Funeral home visitations will be held on Sunday from 6 to 8 pm and Monday 9:30 to 10:30 am at Rone Funeral Service. A Funeral Liturgy will be held Monday at 11am from St. Isidore the Farmer Church, 1655 Magnolia Road, Vineland. Entombment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland.
