Obituary of Catherine Amelio

Catherine C. Amelio, 90, of Bellmawr formerly of Rosenhayn passed away Sunday, May 10, 2009, at Virtua Voorhees Hospital. Born in Rosenhayn to the late Nicholas and Antonina (Maniscalco) Amelio. She later moved to Bellmawr where she was a long time resident. Catherine was employed with Penn Fruit for 25 years before her retirement. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. She is survived by her son and his wife, Richard and Marie Amelio of Newfield, grandchildren, Francine, Richard Jr., and Catherine; great grandchildren, Adrian, Richard III, Monica, Nicole, and Lauren; great -great grandchildren, Brianna and Nicholas, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters. A church visitation will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2009 from 9:30 to 10:30 am followed by a funeral liturgy at 10:30 am at St. Mary's Church, 732 Morton Ave., Rosenhayn, NJ Interment will follow in St Mary's Cemetery, Rosenhayn.
