Obituary of Natale Buono
Natale "Nate" Buono Sr. 88 a life-long resident of Rosenhayn, N.J. passed away Friday, January
1, 2010 peacefully at Bishop McCarthy Residence in Vineland. Nate was born one of twelve children to the late Salvatore and Mary ( Pipitone) Buono.Natale worked on the family-owned Buono Farms in Rosenhayn from childhood until 1949 and then for Louios Pizzo's Six point Farms for forty years until his retirement.
Natale was a long-time member of the Rosenhayn Volunteer Fire Company and St Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Rosenhayn where he was a member of the Holy Name Society. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his granddaughters.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Maria "Mary' ( Cappello ) Buono of Rosenhayn. sons Natale "Nate" Buono and his wife, Elizabeth of East Hanover, N.J. and Salvatore "Sam " Buono of
Millville N.J. granddaughters Jessica, Danielle, April and Christina of East Hanover N.J., brothers and sisters, Josephine Paladino (Frank), Rita Dannenhoffer (the late Augie), Jennie
Newton ( Patrick), Annie Leonardo ( Joseph ), Frank Buono ( Dolly ) and Dominick Buono ( Phyllis ) . He was pre-deceased by brothers Augustine Buono ( Josephine ) Anthony Buono
( Ethel ) ; Samuel Buono and sister Ginger D'ippolito ( Harry ). he is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
